Hurry! Germany and Taiwan Needs 300 Nurses and 100 Factory Workers

More than 300 nurses and 100 factory workers are in need in Germany and Taiwan, as stated by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

According to POEA, 350 nurses with experiences not less than two years in intensive care unit (ICU), general, geriatric care, medical and surgery ward and operating room is currently in need in Germany.

The system of recruitment involves government to government.

“Kapag sinabing government to government, POEA lang and kanilang dapat apply-an. Mag online registration. If they’re qualified, dadalhin nila ‘yung requirements ditto sa ground floor, counter S and T,” says Jocelyn Sanchez, POEA Deputy Administrator.

“Yung German language proficiency naman ay kapag napili na ng employer and iso-shoulder ito ng employer. Ang gagastusin lang kapag government to government, siyempre ‘yung mga documentation nila.”

The starting salary will be €1,900 or approximately PhP112,000 that will rise to €2,300 if they pass the nursing exam in Germany.

On the other hand, Taiwan needs 100 factory workers that will work in two companies. This is also a government to government recruitment.

Applicants need to be a college graduate or has finished a vocational course to be able to acquire this job.

For those interested, they have to submit the necessary documents to POEA. They have to do it fast because there is a deadline and the interview will immediately follow this January.

On the other hand, the unemployment rate of the country raised to 5% as of October compared to the 4.7% last year, as stated by the Philippine Statistics Authority.
